Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker went on a family road trip to celebrate the Fourth of July - days after he was admitted to hospital with ‘life-threatening’ pancreatitis.
The reality TV star, 43, took to Instagram on Monday to share a clip of her and new husband Travis cruising down the motorway in a vintage orange truck with her kids Penelope, nine, and seven-year-old Reign.
In the footage posted to her Instagram stories, Kourtney looked care free as the wind blew in her hair.
