A Canadian citizen is unable to face court over allegations he tried to open an emergency door on an international flight because he hopped on another flight back home.
Prosecutors claim Rahulreet Singh Mann was intoxicated when he tried to pry open the emergency exit doors during a flight from Vancouver to Sydney on May 14, 2024.
Another passenger noticed the 33-year-old allegedly attempting to open the doors and pulled him away, according to police.
