Homes England and Network Rail are behind a proposal that could create 2,500 homes and more than 800,000 sq ft of commercial space as part of a new high-quality commercial and residential quarter in one of the UK’s most historic and desirable cities.
JLL has been appointed by the landowners to find a strategic development partner to bring forward the “transformational” 45-hectare scheme - described as having the potential to grow the York economy by 20 per cent.
