The Blues have also been offered a blockbuster last-gasp swoop for PSG superstar Neymar and have now completed the £70m signing of Wesley Fofana.
Tottenham are eyeing Manchester City starlet Adedire Mebude and are also back in talks with Leeds over Dan James, while Manchester United want to land Barcelona’s Sergino Dest.
