Nottingham Forest youngster Sam Sanders has extended his loan spell at York City.
The Reds Under-23s defender linked up with the National League North side in February for an initial one-month youth loan. And he is now set to spend the rest of the season with the Minstermen, who are seventh in the table.
Announcing the deal, York said: “Sam Sanders' initial one-month loan deal from Nottingham Forest has been extended until the end of the season. The Championship loanee made his senior debut in red and blue last month against Guiseley, keeping a clean sheet in the Yorkshire derby.
