Trainspotting and Grey's Anatomy actor Kevin McKidd is filming new ITV drama The Elect in Glasgow.
Kevin, who is known to film buffs as Tommy MacKenzie in Trainspotting, is shooting with Netflix's Chilling Adventures of Sabrina actor Richard Coyle for the new series
The two actors were spotted alongside actress Saskia Ashdown and Brian McCardie as they filmed in the city centre.
St Vincent Street was turned into the fictional Kelvin Street complete with its own police station for the series which has been adapted from Japanese crime novel Six/Four.
Filming for the four part series is expected to last until Thursday.
Kevin, meantime, has said he would love Sandra Oh to return to Grey's Anatomy.
He told PEOPLE at Grey's Anatomy 400th Episode Celebration in Hollywood: "I would love — and I always say it — I would love Sandra Oh to come back.
"I don't think she will. She keeps saying she won't. Every time I see her, I'm always needling her, going, 'Come on, come on. Just one.' Maybe one day she'll say yes. I'm always working on her."
He added: "We're also really good friends, so Sandra, I'm coming for you."
