A woman who was given a 0 per cent chance of survival when she was nearly cut in half on a fairground ride made a miraculous recovery and now dreams of helping other trauma patients.
Chloe Austin thanked the team of medics that saved her life and revealed she has been inspired to work in trauma one day as she managed to return to her studies as a trainee nurse.
The 21-year-old was thrown underneath the mechanism of a fairground ride in August last year and was left with multiple open fractures on her right leg and pelvis in August last year.
