The Monroe County Sheriff's Office identified the two young victims as siblings Alanah Phillips and Zayn Phillips, aged 8 and 5 years old, respectively. The children's aunt has confirmed their ages, although authorities initially reported Zayn as 4 years old. Charges against the driver, whose identity has not been disclosed, are expected to be announced by the Monroe County Prosecutor's Office on Tuesday.
