A man has tragically died while driving in Leeds after a multi-car crash last night.
West Yorkshire Police said they were called to Burley Road at 10.24pm on Friday, April 14, to a report of three vehicles in a collision. A 79-year-old man driving a silver Vauxhall Corsa was taken to hospital from the scene.
He was sadly pronounced dead just a short time later. It is thought he suffered a medical episode while at the wheel.

No other injuries were reported in the crash. Enquiries are ongoing, and police are appealing for witnesses to the crash to come forward.
Anyone who may have seen the crash or the car before it happened is asked to get in touch with West Yorkshire Police on 101 quoting log 1805 of April 14.
