The heartbroken parents of a Motherwell toddler who died after swallowing a battery have asked for keen motorcyclists to act as a funeral escort for their bike-loving baby boy's final journey.
Hugh and Christine McMahon have been left devastated following the tragic death of their 17-month-old son Hugh at Christmas.
The tot accidentally swallowed a button type battery on Christmas Eve and was rushed to hospital where medics fought to save his life.
