King Charles III will officially be crowned monarch this weekend during the coronation.
To celebrate the historic event the country will get to enjoy an extra bank holiday weekend and a day off work on Monday, May 8.
Many will spend the bank holiday watching the coronation on TV, which takes place at Westminster Abbey on Saturday. Camilla Parker-Bowles will also become Queen.
Others may use the extra bank holiday to catch up with some DIY or do some shopping. Among the places likely to be busy with shoppers is the Trafford Centre, which has more than 150 shops.

Below are the official opening and closing times for the Trafford Centre this bank holiday weekend. Note that these times are for the centre as whole and individual shops and food stores may have adopted their own opening times for the King's coronation.
Trafford Centre opening times for May 6, 7, and 8
- Saturday May 6 - 10am to 9pm
- Sunday May 7- Noon to 6pm
- Bank holiday Monday May 8 - 10 am to 10pm
Charles ascended the throne in September last year following the death of Queen Elizabeth II. The coronation will be Britain's first in 70 years and is expected to be steeped in history and tradition.
As well as the coronation on Saturday, there will also be a Coronation Big Lunch on Sunday and a concernt at Windsor Castle on the same day.
