A trade body representing members across Paisley has seen its work to tackle carbon emissions in the building materials supply chain shortlisted for three prestigious awards.
The Builders Merchants Federation (BMF) has reached the finals of the Sustainability Champion and Best New Event awards at the Association Excellence Awards 2022, and is also a finalist in the Best Sustainability Initiative category at the Memcom Awards.
Both sustainability award entries centre around the BMF’s cross-industry commitment to a lower carbon future, which includes the establishment of a forum dedicated to sharing information and support, and clear best practice on working towards zero carbon targets.
