Towing tussles: What Bengaluru motorists want

Under criticism over the friction between motorists and private towing staff of traffic police, CM Basavaraj Bommai has said a new vehicle towing policy will be formulated.

While motorists complain of harassment, traffic cops say enforcement is required to prevent vehicles from causing danger and obstruction to other road users. TOI spoke to experts and motorists on the changes they want to see.
