Tommy Mallet, 29, has unveiled the results of his recent health kick, following doctors warning him he was at risk of developing type 2 diabetes earlier this year.
The TOWIE star took to Instagram on Tuesday to show off two months of progress after altering his diet and taking on less stress, with a number of famous faces rushing to praise the dad-of-one on his lifestyle change.
Tommy joked Men's Health magazine will be calling him in three months as he shared snaps of his new lean body with his followers - pledging to continue on his fitness journey ahead of a new blood test at the end of the month.
The businessman, who shares son Brody with fiancée Georgia Kousoulou, felt like his "whole world had been turned upside down" when medical professionals told him he was at risk of developing type two diabetes if he didn't embark on a healthier lifestyle back in April.
The reality TV star has clearly been following his doctor's orders, with his recent Instagram update proof of his amazing body transformation.
Captioning some before-and-after images, Tommy told his 1.1million followers: "On the 7th of April I was told that I was boarder [sic] lining type 2 diabetes (there’s many reasons how this can happen), from that day onwards I’ve changed my diet around & tried not to take on as much stress..
"Heres [sic] my 2 month progress picture. @menshealthuk ring me in 3 months… Lets goooo!! Blood test at the end of this month! Il let you know the outcome."
"Good looking out bro," Blue singer Simon Webbe commented under the star's inspiring post, with Example adding a supportive clapping-hand emoji in admiration.
Tommy's transformation comes just two months on from the one-time Forbes 30 Under 30 star opening up about how the stark health warning from doctors earlier this year rocked his world.
"My whole world has been turned upside down the last week to be honest with you. It is mad. I did a 360 test with blood tests and I am at risk of type 2 diabetes. I am really healthy," he told the MailOnline in April.
The Essex businessman went on to explain that when suffering with a bout of coronavirus, he began eating a bit of sugar as he couldn't taste anything, but the sweet treats seem to "have got the better" of him.
After explaining how he was working really hard to lose some body fat, Tommy added: "I have seen a top nutritionist so I am working on it but the baby has the flu and he has been crying all night.
"I have been up all night with him. So it is a bit of a warzone to be honest with you."
Tommy and wife-to-be Georgia, 30, became parents for the first time last year, when TOWIE star gave birth to their son Brody.
In February this year - nine months on from their child's birth - Tommy popped the question to the mum-of-one during a romantic trip to Mexico.
The pair document their experiences as parents in the ITVBe series, Georgia and Tommy: Baby Steps.
Discussing possibility of extending their family in the near-future, Tommy admitted it "would be nice to have a girl next" but seemingly rule out expanding their family in the immediate future.
"He [Brody] has not slept all night. Me and Georgia are all over the place. The last thing on my mind is that," he joked after revealing his young son had been particularly restless the night before the interview in April.
