TOWIE's Nicole Bass gives birth and was in labour just two hours with no pain relief

Former TOWIE star Nicole Bass has announced the safe arrival of her baby girl.

The reality star, 31, took to Instagram to share her happy news announcing the newborns arrival with an adorable black and white image of her clutching the tots tiny hand.

And sharing details of giving birth Nicole told how she was in labour for just two hours before her baby was welcomed into the world.
