Cara Kilbey is expecting a baby, eight months after undergoing surgery for a ruptured ectopic pregnancy.

The 34-year-old is six months along, and posted a sweet photo of her growing bump peeping through an unbuttoned white shirt to Instagram.

She captioned it: "6 Months Baby. Baby Harris Due in May."
