Bobby Norris is more ripped than he's ever been as he showed off the jaw-dropping results of his hard work.
The former The Only Way Is Essex star, 36, took to Instagram to reveal his new muscular physique after years of hating his 'weak' slim figure.
Now, he is delighted to now be rocking a six-pack and super toned arms and legs.
Showing off the results of his hard work on Instagram, Bobby said he had managed to achieve his new look within six weeks.
And it seems he’s set to help others on their body transformation journey too, as he told his 794,000 followers to get in touch if they want to know how he did it as he launched his new business, Bobby’s Body Blitz.
Posing in tiny shorts, a video posted to Bobby’s Instagram account proudly showed off his new six-pack.
He wrote: “MY SIX WEEK TRANSFORMATION.
“Guys I know a lot of you have followed my fitness journey recently and watched my body transform from skinny to strong and so many of you have reached out to me directly to ask what I eat in a day and how I fuel my workouts, so I’ve actually put some plans together!!

The reality TV star continued: “I’d love to help you and others feel as amazing as I do.

Bobby’s fans and famous pals were quick to comment underneath congratulating him on his new look.
His ex-TOWIE co-star Danielle Armstrong wrote: “YASSS what a transformation Bob” followed by a flame emoji.
The Essex reality show’s Georgia Kousoulou added: “Wow bob.”
While Love Island star Jake Cornish commented: “Looking good mate. Smashing it!”
Since quitting TOWIE after 10 years in 2021, Bobby has bulked up and had his teeth done in Turkey.
But he admitted going a step too far with fillers so took the decision to get them removed after people called him out for looking like a Ken doll.
Opening up FUBAR Radio Access All Areas, which he co-hosts with Stephen Leng, Bobby said: “When I fell down the rabbit hole of having fillers, I certainly didn't realise how I looked.
"The first time you have something done its light [and] minimal and then you'll go for a top up. So what becomes your 'normal' changes as you have things done.
"It's when you sit back and look at it through a third party's eyes and that's when I kinda thought 'Gosh. I've gone too far. I don't look like me anymore'."
