News broke Tuesday of the tragic passing of iconic dramatic and comedic actor Andre Braugher. The 61-year-old star of shows like Homicide: Life on the Street and Brooklyn Nine-Nine had an illustrious career that spanned decades.
After the news of his death emerged, tributes to the esteemed actor began to flood in from former cast-mates and crew members.
Braugher starred as Captain Raymond Holt in FOX’s Brooklyn Nine-Nine, bringing a hilarious amount of gravitas to network comedy. He recently completed 10 episodes of The Good Fight and played journalist Dean Baquet in 2022’s She Said about the breaking of the Harvey Weinstein scandal.
His career was momentous, and Braugher won’t be forgotten any time soon.
