Thomas Frank must tonight decide whether to stick or twist against Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League.

The Tottenham boss used a back-five against Arsenal at the weekend, which was only the second time he has implemented it this season. The first worked well, against PSG in the UEFA Super Cup in August, but a return to the extra defender on Sunday against Arsenal brought a 4-1 defeat.
