Tottenham XI vs Chelsea: Van de Ven and Romero BACK - Starting lineup, confirmed team news and injury latest

Tottenham have been handed a major double injury boost with Micky van de Ven and Cristian Romero both back to start against Chelsea.

Van de Ven has been out since the end of October and Romero has not played for Spurs for a month.

Van de Ven was not expected to return for this game so his fitness gives Spurs a major lift for what is a huge London derby against Chelsea.

Ange Postecoglou goes with a midfield three of Yves Bissouma, Pape Sarr and Dejan Kulusevski.

Heung-min Son returns to the XI after being rested at the Vitality Stadium.

Son and Brennan Johnson flank Dominic Solanke in attack.

Postecoglou is again be without the suspended Rodrigo Bentancur, goalkeeper Guglielmo Vicario (ankle), forwards Richarlison, Wilson Odobert (both hamstring) and Mikey Moore, who continues to recover from an energy-sapping virus.
