Penalties it is then…
120+1 min: Two more minutes before we go to penalties…
118 min: I’m exhausted just watching this! City and Spurs fans, how are you feeling?
115 min: Chance for Tottenham as Graham sends a cross to England in the penalty area. The striker goes for goal with a header but her effort flies over the crossbar. Another close call!
112 min: Manchester City work the ball into a dangerous area and a shot from Angeldahl forces a fingertip save from Spencer. It runs across goal, but Neville sticks a foot out to clear the threat.
Tottenham head straight down to the other end of the pitch, but they can’t get a shot away.
Updated
110 min: City have a free kick out on the right and it is taken by Kelly. At first it looks as though there is too much power on it, but the ball dips down at the last second and rattles the crossbar!
It bounces back out, but City can’t convert the chance.
108 min: Tottenham suffer an injury scare as Clinton goes to ground with an ankle issue. She jogs off the pitch which, of course, is a very positive sign.
106 min: Manchester City go straight on the attack after the break, eventually getting the ball to Kelly in the box. The winger goes for goal and forces a brilliant save from Spencer.
“There’s only one Becky Spencer” rings around the stands while City wait to take the corner.
ET Half-time: Tottenham 1-1 Manchester City
It’s still level here at Brisbane Road…
105+1 min: Vinberg receives the ball in midfield and goes for goal with an audacious strike from distance, but it fails to trouble Keating.
105 min: Two minutes have been added on to the first half of extra time. Manchester City are desperately looking for a winner.

98 min: This crowd is getting louder and louder by the minute. The match has been blown wide open with Tottenham utilising a newfound confidence following that equaliser.
95 min: City win a free kick on the right and Kelly steps up to take it. The winger fires a driven cross into the box and it meets the head of Greenwood, who directs her effort over the crossbar.
93 min: Concern for Tottenham as Ayane walks off the pitch with physios after picking up an injury. However, following a bit of time out she makes her way back into the action.
92 min: Kelly, who was introduced to replace Park just before the game restarted, picks up the ball on the right and goes for goal with an audacious strike, but her effort flies wide of the post.
ET kick-off: Tottenham 1-1 Manchester City
Here we go again. Half an hour left to play…
While we wait for kick-off, here’s what happened…
Full-time: Tottenham 1-1 Manchester City
To extra time we go…
90+7 min: Ouch. It’s a howler at the back from Manchester City. A complete miscommunication between Keating and Aleixandri opens the door for England to win the ball, walk into the box and slot it into an empty net.
Disaster for Gareth Taylor’s side.
GOAL! Tottenham 1-1 Manchester City (England, 90+6)
They’ve done it! Tottenham have an equaliser!
Updated
90+4 min: Fowler, who may have scored the winner here at Brisbane Road, receives the ball on the left and looks to play it forward to Park. The midfielder loses it and Tottenham play a long ball over the top. One last roll of the dice…
90+1 min: Six minutes have been added on…
Tottenham have to throw everything at this now.
88 min: Tottenham have managed to get in all the right positions in this second half, but they just can’t seem to finish today. It’s been like a game of pinball at times in the City penalty area, but Spurs have failed to make the most of their chances so far.
86 min: Another two changes for Tottenham as they seek a late equaliser. Wang is on to replace Summanen with just a few minutes left to play. Vinberg has also been introduced for Bizet.
Updated
82 min: Another big chance for Tottenham as the ball is crossed into England. The striker takes it down and goes for goal from around seven yards out, but her shot flies way over the crossbar and into the stands! She won’t want to watch that one back!
81 min: Huge chance for Tottenham as the ball is sent through to England. Greenwood gets back to make a crucial tackle and is able to clear the danger, much to the relief of her team-mates. The centre-back had to time that tackle to perfection, especially as she has already been booked, but she dealt with it incredibly well.

61 min: Tottenham are first to make some changes as Ayane replaces Naz. Ahtinen also makes way for Graham. Just under 30 minutes of normal time remaining now.
57 min: Some concern for City as Keating appears to be struggling with an injury. She receives some treatment and is able to play on for now.
The goalkeeper was named player of the match against Arsenal in the fifth round, so Gareth Taylor will have his fingers crossed that she remains okay for the rest of this game.
55 min: Huge chance for Manchester City as Hemp receives the ball on the left and passes it back to Ouahabi, who sends a cross into the box. Shaw gets onto the end of it just a few yards out from goal, but her headed effort flies over the crossbar!
It’s certainly rare to see the striker miss those! A stroke of luck for Spurs.
52 min: Following an explosive start to the second half Tottenham have struggled to see much of the ball in the last few minutes. Manchester City are playing with patience, working the ball around the back while waiting for the right pass forward.
49 min: Hemp wins the ball in the final third and passes it to Angeldahl. The midfielder sends it out to Fowler on the right, who goes for the cross, but the ball flies straight through the box and out for a Tottenham throw-in on the other side.

41 min: Tottenham go on the attack now as Naz looks to switch the ball over to Neville on the right, but the defender can’t get there in time and it runs behind for a goal kick.
39 min: Hasegawa receives the ball in City’s defensive third and plays a fantastic pass through to Angeldahl. The midfielder looks to cross it into the box, but nobody is there to challenge Spencer.
Updated
36 min: Manchester City break forward as Hemp uses her frightening pace to drive down the left. She cuts inside and looks to play a cross to Shaw, but the striker can’t adjust her body in time to direct a header towards goal and the ball runs out of danger. City win it back as Angeldahl attempts to put the ball back into the penalty area, but this time it runs behind for a goal kick.

Journey to the quarter-finals
Tottenham were introduced to this season’s FA Cup in the fourth round where they came up against Championship side Sheffield United. Spurs were given quite the fright after going two goals down, but a brace from Bethany England fired them level before Rosella Ayane scored a 96th-minute winner.
Robert Vilahamn’s side went on to face Charlton in the fifth round and won 1-0 thanks to Kit Graham’s 76th-minute strike.
Meanwhile, Manchester City cruised to a 4-0 win over Durham in the fourth round thanks to goals from Laura Coombs, Jill Roord and Mary Fowler. They went on to face 14-time champions Arsenal in the next round and clinched a 1-0 win at Meadow Park to book a spot in the quarter-finals.
These two sides have already met three times this season, with City getting the better of Spurs on each occasion.
Back in November Gareth Taylor’s side stormed to a 7-0 victory over Tottenham in Manchester. They made it two WSL wins out of two in January at Brisbane Road and booked a spot in the Continental Cup semi-finals with a 1-0 win last month.
Will Robert Vilahamn’s side finally find a way past their WSL rivals today?

Preamble
Hello hello and welcome to coverage of this afternoon’s FA Cup quarter-final clash between Tottenham and Manchester City.
Wembley is well and truly in sight at this stage of the competition, with both sides eyeing that iconic trophy.
Spurs approach this game having failed to defeat Gareth Taylor’s side in two-and-a-half years. In fact, over their last seven meetings Manchester City have won by a total margin of 20 goals to one. But that streak could be ended today with a place in the FA Cup final four at stake.
Kick off is at 3pm GMT. Don’t miss it!
