Tottenham have already snapped up goalkeeper goalkeeper Fraser Forster and winger Ivan Perisic on free transfers after their contracts ran down at Southampton and Inter Milan.
But with money to spend, and a squad to reinforce for the Champions League, Spurs boss Antonio Conte is far from done in the transfer market and has a number of new players on his transfer wish list.
The Italian plans to pursue an aggressive strategy to land his major targets, albeit with Daniel Levy doing some tough negotiating to balance the books. Mirror Sport takes a look at the latest Tottenham transfer news and rumours.
Spurs edge out Hammers
Tottenham's transfer window is heating up with the imminent arrival of Yves Bissouma from Brighton for £25m. Bissouma's signing comes after West Ham turned down the chance to sign him. That's according to Hammers fan news site Claret and Hugh, as cited by Hammers News, who claim Bissouma was offered to the Hammers first. Brighton midfielder Bissouma had a host of clubs tracking him but Spurs have won the race after Hammers boss David Moyes switch targets.

Double boost to backroom
