Tottenham: Thomas Frank calls for Champions League squad rules change after 'extremely difficult decision'

Thomas Frank called for UEFA to reconsider the rules on Champions League squad size after Tottenham left Mathys Tel out for the league phase of the competition.

Due to Brandon Austin being the only club-trained player in the first team, Frank was only able to name 22 players in his European squad, rather than the maximum of 25.
