Antonio Conte remains in Italy recovering after his operation but he and Cristian Stellini have named the Tottenham team to face Manchester City.
Conte is recovering after undergoing surgery to remove his gall bladder, and in naming his team for the Premier League clash he had new signings Pedro Porro and Arnaut Danjuma in the mix, while Matt Doherty, Djed Spence, Bryan Gil and Harvey White all headed out of Spurs in the final 48 hours of the transfer window.
For the first time in a long while, Conte had a full Tottenham squad to name the starting XI and bench from. It means there had to be to be some difficult decisions made, even over which players miss out on a place among the substitutes.

Richarlison is back from his adductor problem, Lucas Moura finally returned to training after his tendon inflammation problems and Pape Matar Sarr has been involved in sessions after his small hip injury.
Emerson Royal has played well against Manchester City in the past and knows Conte's tactics well, and while Porro played in a similar system with Sporting and to see the club's top target starting would give the crowd a lift, the Spurs boss has stuck with the Brazilian.
Elsewhere the other choices will come on the left, in the back three where Ben Davies has got the nod over Clement Lenglet, and at left wing-back between Ivan Perisic has been chosen ahead of Ryan Sessegnon. The Croatian had a difficult night against City at the Etihad Stadium but the faster Sessegnon has not been in top form in recent weeks.
Here's the team Conte has selected:
Lloris; Romero, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Perisic; Kulusevski, Kane, Son. Subs: Forster, Sanchez, Lenglet, Sessegnon, Porro, Bissouma, Skipp, Richarlison, Danjuma.
