Tottenham Hotspur's home Premier League campaign is over. Spurs picked up a nervy three points with a 1-0 win over Burnley in N17 on Sunday, with Harry Kane scoring the only goal of the game from the penalty spot.
It was Kane's 16th league goal of the season and was crucial as Spurs toiled but found Nick Pope in fine form against them, saving well on more than one occasion from Son Heung-min.
As is tradition after the final home game of the season, the players came back out on to the pitch to do a lap of honour for the supporters who had stayed inside Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. There were also the end of season awards from One Hotspur members, with Son sweeping the board.

As the players welcomed their families onto the turf for the lap of honour, Kane was at the forefront, walking around the pitch with his wife Kate and young children. And the fans had a message for the much-loved frontman - stay.
There was plenty of speculation surrounding the England captain's future during the summer, with Manchester City heavily linked with a move for the striker. But while there was some anger from the fans during the early part of the campaign, that has long been forgotten now. And with another transfer window looming, it appears Spurs fans want their main man to stay.
As Kane walked around the pitch with his family the supporters inside the stadium chanted "Harry Kane, he's one of our own" loudly and proudly. It was once again a message to Kane that he is loved inside N17 and the fans want him to stay for the long term and be part of Antonio Conte's project.
