Conte gives Son and Kulusevski update
Antonio Conte had to laugh in order to address the state of his squad's current injury predicament.
Spurs lost Son Heung-Min midway through the first half against Marseille on Tuesday night and will be without the South Korean against Liverpool as more players drop out in the weeks before the World Cup break.
Conte has already had to deal with Dejan Kulusevski's injury issues whilst Cristian Romero battles through fitness and fatigue to be available, but even the Argentine won't be able to make Tottenham's top four clash against Liverpool tomorrow.
In an update on his players, Conte said: "Sonny you know is having now surgery. At the end, we have to be happy for qualification for the Champions League and now we have to try to finish these last three games in the best possible way."

Midfielder deal agreed
Il Gioni claim that Tottenham have reached a deal to sign Atalanta midfielder Ruslan Malinovskyi.
Spurs were looking at the playmaker over the summer but have reportedly agreed a £13m deal that will see him join the club in January.
Tottenham and Fabio Paratici also looked towards James Maddison after other transfers fell flat, but they couldn't bring in an extra attackers which has left Conte lacking a midfield threat.
