Hugo Lloris only had positive things to say when previewing Tottenham's 2022/23 season. The Spurs skipper is set to be back in action once again at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Saturday, where the Lilywhites take on Southampton.
Lloris has continued to be a senior leader figure in the Tottenham dressing room and continues to produce consistent solid performances for Antonio Conte. The Italian has welcomed six new arrivals to his squad already this summer, with still a few weeks left of the summer transfer window.
Spurs won two, drew one and lost one of their pre-season friendlies, with Conte getting the chance to see all six of his new players in action. Lloris praised the work of Fabio Paratici, explaining what the new arrivals can bring to the Tottenham squad.
