Tottenham failed to build Premier League form following last weekend’s thumping of Manchester City as they were held to a 1-1 draw at home to 10-man Fulham.
They took the lead shortly after the break when Timo Werner crossed for Brennan Johnson to convert, but substitute Tom Cairney levelled for Fulham.
Cairney was then dismissed on 83 minutes for a foul on Dejan Kulusevski, but Spurs could not take advantage.
Dom Smith was at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium to assess the Spurs performances…
Made one astounding save to deny Raul Jimenez, and made subsequent important stops too. Excellent in Guglielmo Vicario’s absence.
Pedro Porro 7
Good performance from the Spaniard, who could have had a goal and assist if not for last-ditch blocks from the Fulham defence.
Radu Dragusin 7
Denied a super header by Bernd Leno’s acrobatic save. Let a few too many passes go awry, but made two vital block late on.
Ben Davies 7
Put in another tireless shift at centre-back, where he has been used while Cristian Romero and Micky van de Ven are out injured.
Destiny Udogie 6
A steady display from the Italian at left-back. Not as involved as many of his team-mates.
Pape Matar Sarr 7
Consistently won the ball back for his team in a battling midfield display.
Yves Bissouma 6
Nicked the ball of Fulham, but also lost it a few times and at moments overran and lost the ball. A mixed bag.
James Maddison 6
Struck the post with a deflected free-kick. A busy performance, but not his most influential.
Brennan Johnson 7
Was sharp, and scored his 10th Tottenham goal of a barnstorming season.
Son Heung-min 6
A quiet display from the South Korean, who had to play up front due to Dominic Solanke’s absence because of illness.
Timo Werner 6
Lost the ball on a number of occasions - as he often does - but then delivered the goods with a cultured cross for Johnson to convert.

Dejan Kulusevski (Werner, 68’) 6
