Antonio Conte must balance the need to win Tottenham's Champions League match against Eintracht Frankfurt with not pushing players into the red zone with their fitness.
Just two full days separate Wednesday evening's European home match with the Bundesliga side and this coming Saturday's Premier League game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium against Everton. That all comes on the back of Tottenham's 1-0 victory at Brighton last Saturday evening.
Frankfurt struggled to trouble Spurs in Germany so Conte might feel he can make some changes in this tie, especially in defence, while still putting out a strong side. Clement Lenglet could come in for Ben Davies and Davinson Sanchez could enter the line-up to give Cristian Romero a rest.

Harry Kane is next in line for a rest among the strikers but he is yet to score in the biggest club competition of all and will want to do so on Wednesday night. His inclusion as the speaking player at the press conference on Tuesday only adds to the chances of his likely inclusion.
That might mean a return to the 3-4-3 because Son Heung-min and Richarlison were only recently rested. Dejan Kulusevski is not quite ready to return against Frankfurt but Lucas Moura will be back on the bench as an attacking option for Conte with Bryan Gil.
In the midfield Yves Bissouma will be wanting more minutes and Oliver Skipp will want time at some point as well but a 3-4-3 might not allow for either unless Conte rests one of his main pairing of Rodrigo Bentancur and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg.
With the wing-backs, Ryan Sessegnon impressed at Brighton and Matt Doherty showed he is on the road back to his best level, but Conte might decide to use them again against Everton with Ivan Perisic coming back in on the left on Wednesday with his European experience and the fresh Emerson Royal, suspended in the Premier League, on the right.
Here is the team we reckon Conte could choose:
3-4-3: Lloris, Sanchez, Dier, Lenglet; Emerson, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Perisic; Richarlison, Kane, Son.
