Hugo Lloris
Dived in bravely after Dier's error and got a touch on the ball but could not do much about Kamada's follow-up. Saved low down from Lindstrom before the break and showed his concentration with a great flying save to tip away the same player's curling effort at full stretch. Nothing he could do about Alidou's late close range header. Made an important low save to ensure Frankfurt did not snatch a late point 8
Cristian Romero
Saw a header saved by the keeper right at the end of the first half. Solid performance from the Argentinean who crashed into an advertising hoarding in the second half and caused smoke to come out of it for a while. 7
Eric Dier
Picked up an 11th minute for blocking off Kolo Muahi as he tried to run clear. Then completely messed up controlling a pass from Romero and gifted Frankfurt their opener. Improved after that with some great passing but that mistake knocks him down. 6

Clement Lenglet
Solid display from the Frenchman on the left of the back three with some typical composed passing. 7
Emerson Royal
Very little going forward but a couple of good tackles in the box. Was beaten in the air though for Frankfurt's second goal. 5
Rodrigo Bentancur
A trademark composed performance from the Uruguayan and he used the ball well. 8
Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg
Another excellent performance and another display of his attacking play as he burst down the right and delivered a perfect cross for Son to volley home in the first half. Spurs looked worse off without him and Bentancur on the pitch late on. 9
Ryan Sessegnon
Back to back starts and he was industrious again down the left and linked up well with both Son and Kane. 7
Richarlison
Involved in the build-up to Son's opening goal with some good movement and a pass to Kane and worked hard down the right all night. 7
Harry Kane
Grabbed an assist with a perfect through ball to Son before being brought down himself after a mazy run into the box. After VAR told the referee to think again about not awarding the penalty, Kane curled his spot kick inside the right-hand post to register his first Champions League goal of the campaign. Blazed a late penalty over the crossbar which knocks his mark down by one and he had a big late chance to set up Gil. 8
Son Heung-min
Fired home clinically to bring Spurs level and had a claim for a penalty not long after. Added a lovely volleyed goal for his second, showing great technique from Hojbjerg's cross and then he could have had a third with a low shot saved by Trapp's foot. Looked full of confidence again and gave Tuta nightmares, which led to his two bookings. 9
Subs
Oliver Skipp
Some tidy moments but also needed to be more clinical in his forward passing. Understandably a bit rusty. 5
Yves Bissouma
Some wayward passes but more minutes in the bank for the Mali international. 5
Davinson Sanchez
Replaced Dier for the final minutes and did what he needed to. 5
Lucas Moura
Back in action for the first time since August for the final minutes. 5
Bryan Gil
A really bright cameo from the bench from the Spaniard with some great dribbling and tenacity, winning a penalty for Kane and then inches away from heading home his own goal. 7
