Here is your Tottenham morning digest on Saturday, January 7.
Porro wants Spurs move
Tottenham have been handed huge boost in the race to sign Sporting star Pedro Porro amid Antonio Conte's mission to sign a new right-back. The 23-year-old defender has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League recently as he continues to impress for the Portuguese giants.
football.london understands that the Spurs boss has two priorities in the January transfer window; to sign a new attacking player and a right wing-back. It's believed that the north Londoners will be looking at both permanent and loan deal in order to grant Conte his wish.
Tottenham are said to hold strong interest in the former Manchester City youngster, with Fabio Paratici a fan. And, according to Fabrizio Romano, Porro, who has a £39.7million release clause, is understood to be keen on joining Tottenham in the January transfer window.

Spurs offered Ndicka
Tottenham have been handed a huge boost in the race to sign Eintracht Frankfurt star Evan Ndicka. The 23-year-old defender has been heavily linked with a move to the Premier League, with his deal in Germany set to expire in the summer.
According to German newspaper Frankfurter Rundschau, Ndicka has been offered to Spurs by his agents. The report states that the centre-back's representatives have been offering their client to a number of top-flight European clubs.
And it's said that the number of interested parties have been 'growing by the day', with the pair of north London clubs among those. Frankfurter Rundschau report that Ndicka's agents are demanding a five-year deal worth around €50million (£44million); an initial €15million (£13.2million) payment to the player and an annual salary of €7million (£6.2million).
It remains to be seen whether Arsenal and Tottenham have been put off by Ndicka's demands, although Antonio Conte is believed to be in the market for a new centre-back.
Serie A side want Sarr on loan
Tottenham midfielder Pape Matar Sarr has reportedly attracted attention from abroad in the January transfer window, which gives Antonio Conte a tough decision to make. The 20-year-old midfielder has impressed for Spurs of late, appearing off the bench against Aston Villa and Crystal Palace.
The Senegal international has impressed so much so that he's courted the interest of a top-flight European side. According to Fabrizio Romano, Serie A club Salernitana have opened talks with Spurs over the possibility of welcoming Sarr to Italy on loan.
The report states that discussions regarding the wonderkid are still at an early stages and a loan move is currently in the hands of Sarr. With a top-flight European side vying for his signature, he must decide what is best for his development; seeing out the remainder of the season with the Lilywhites and under Conte's stewardship or seek first-team minutes overseas.
