£83m double swoop
Tottenham are eyeing a potential double swoop for an Inter Milan duo that could cost up to £83million in January. That's according to Italian outlet InterLive, which claims that Giorgio Scalvini is of interest in the upcoming transfer window, with the young defender impressing.
It isn't just him on their radar though as Spurs appear to have revived interest in Alessandro Bastoni, having missed out on a move for him in the summer.

Absences explained
Djed Spence and Oliver Skipp were not part of the Tottenham squad for Wednesday evening's friendly match against Nice at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Antonio Conte named a strong team to face the French side, with the clash ending in a stalemate with a goal each.
