Here is your Tottenham morning digest on Tuesday, March 15.
Keane on Kane to United
Roy Keane believes Tottenham striker Harry Kane would "walk into" the current Manchester United team.
Kane was strongly linked with a move away from Spurs last summer, with Manchester City the side heavily interested in acquiring the striker, but the north London club kept hold of their man.
Speaking prior to the Red Devils' 3-2 victory over the Lilywhites, former United captain Keane heaped praise on Kane and suggested he would easily get into the Red Devils' current XI.
"What can we say? He is a brilliant player, a huge player - he was slow out the blocks, he was supposed to leave, obviously supposed to leave but he's bounced back."
Kane on Conte
Kane has insisted that he and his Tottenham teammates are happy working under Antonio Conte and has backed the Italian to get the club competing in the upper echelons of the Premier League again.
Spurs have endured an indifferent run of results recently that have left them eighth in the table, six points behind fourth-placed Arsenal having played a game more than their north London rivals.
But the England captain is still very much on board with the former Inter Milan manager is trying to build.
"Obviously I still feel like we're in a process," he told Sky Sports .
"We went two or three years challenging for trophies then we dropped off over the last couple of years. With Antonio, he's building a culture that he wants to be and wants to put us back in that place."
Kulusevski praise
Michael Dawson praised Dejan Kulusevski both before and after Saturday's defeat, which the 21-year-old played 78 minutes of.
The Swedish international was one of Spurs' two January arrivals, along with Rodrigo Bentancur and it hasn't taken him long at all to settle in to life in England and the Premier League., according to the former Spurs defender.
"You’ve got Kulusevski who’s come in and hit the ground running," the 38-year-old admitted. "They’ve got the speed of Kane, trickery of Kulusevski, he can go past players and create."
