Tottenham Hotspur manager Antonio Conte has left Manchester United 'embarrassed' after leading Spurs on a Champions League charge, it has been claimed.
Son Heung-min’s double saw Tottenham register a huge win in the race for Champions League qualification as they beat West Ham 3-1. Spurs now sit in fifth place in the Premier League, just three points off Arsenal in fourth although their north London rivals have a game in hand.
The club's form will have left United embarrassed having "turned their noses up" at Conte according to Mirror Football's Darren Lewis. And former Spurs boss Jose Mourinho responded in typical fashion to claims he's been a 'major disappointment' at his latest club Roma.

Mourinho's 'major disappointment' reaction
Former Spurs manager Jose Mourinho was typically bullish after being told he's been a 'major disappointment' at his latest club.
Mourinho arrived at Serie A side AS Roma last summer, raising expectations that the club may be able to challenge for silverware with the 'Special One' in charge. But things have not quite worked out as expected with Mourinho's side sitting in sixth place in the table – 15 points off of AC Milan at the top.
And that has led to criticism of Mourinho, with former AS Roma manager Zdenek Zeman criticising the "quality of football on display" at his old club. But Mourinho has responded in typical fashion as he pointed to his past success.
West Ham talking points
Son Heung-min scored twice and was also involved in Kurt Zouma’s own goal as Spurs made it four Premier League victories from five to close the gap on fourth-placed Arsenal.
Said Benrahma pulled one back for the Hammers as he lost his marker from a corner to convert. The result leaves the race for the top four well and truly on as Harry Kane and Son linked up yet again.
It was a match full of talking points, with Mirror Football covering all the big moments.
Conte leaves Man Utd 'embarrassed'
Manchester United have been left 'embarrassed' after 'turning their noses up' at Antonio Conte before hiring Ralf Rangnick as interim manager, Mirror Football's Darren Lewis believes.
After beating West Ham 3-1 on Sunday, Spurs can "continue daring to dream of rescuing a Champions League place from the ashes of a chaotic season" – largely thanks to Conte's good work. Spurs now sit a point above United in the Premier League table, making them currently the more likely of the two clubs to secure a top four place.
And Darren Lewis has had his say after a huge result for Conte and his side against rivals West Ham.
