Jimmy Greaves tribute
Spurs have released a flashy away kit for the 2022/23 season. The new top has a blue chest section with black arms and a fluorescent trim. Although the shirt hasn't been received too well on social media, there was a nice touch in the announcement video.
After being modelled by Son Heung-Min, Pierre Emile Hojbjerg, Ben Davies and images of Shelina Zadorsky, there is an ode to Spurs legend Jimmy Greaves as well, before an explainer for the video described it as being, "themed around the passion and enjoyment of playing grassroots football, shot at night to a high-tempo soundtrack, with the Club’s players and fans illuminated under neon lights, echoing the shirt’s volt detailing."

K League talking points
Preseason started on the right foot for Antonio Conte's side with a 6-3 victory over a K League XI on Wednesday, July 14. With a brace for Son and Harry Kane, there were also notable sights of Dejan Kulusevski after his inury scare.
New no.9 Richarlison made his debut for the side after signing for £50m earlier in the window. He was a key addition for Conte to bring in this window and made an immediate impact on his manager. ""Today I've seen a lot of positive things about Richy," Conte said after the game.
Richarlison wasn't on the scoresheet but did impress, as did Bryan Gill and some more of the youngsters that Conte trialled with in Korea.

Spurs enter Kounde race
In a surprising development, the Mirror are reporting that Spurs have entered the competitive race to sign in-demand Sevilla defender Jules Kounde. The Frenchman was expected to complete a move to Chelsea last summer and has since fallen frustrated at the lack of progress made this summer as well.
Barcelona and PSG are also in the hunt to secure his signature, but Spurs might have an ace up their sleeve with the apparent willingness to offer players as a part of the deal.
Conte left a group of senior players back in London for the tour of Korea, and players such as Harry Winks, Sergio Reguillon and Tanguy Ndombele could be used as leverage in a move for Kounde.
