Tottenham handed new deadline to complete dream £86m Richarlison and Anthony Gordon transfers

Tottenham have been handed a new deadline to complete the signings of Anthony Gordon, and Richarlison, with Everton set to undergo some big changes in the boardroom. The Toffees duo have been heavily linked with a move to White Hart Lane of late, with Fabio Paratici reportedly keen to table a duel transfer package.

Everton are subject to a takeover bid from 'The Kaminski family', according to The Telegraph. And, they're reportedly aiming to reach an agreement to buy Everton by July 21, meaning Spurs could have as little as less than a month to wrap up their business at Goodison Park.

The report adds that the 'The Kaminski family' have already travelled to England to meet reigning majority shareholder Farhad Moshiri in a deal in excess of £500million. With the Merseyside club's well-documented financial worries set to be somewhat a thing of the past, it could be a race against time for Tottenham to sign Richarlison and Gordon before the Toffees' new ownership group think about moving the goalposts.

Spurs are looking at the potential of bringing Gordon to north London, football.london understand. It's said that Paratici would like to bring both the Englishman and Brazilian to north London in a combined transfer which could cost as much as £86.2million, according to CIES Football Observatory.

football.london understand that Spurs are eager to bolster their homegrown numbers, with Dele Alli having left for Goodison Park last season, while Cameron Carter-Vickers has joined Celtic on a permanent deal after playing a major role in the Scottish giants lift the Premiership while on loan. Meanwhile, Everton are reportedly plotting a move for Harry Winks as they follow up on long-term interest in the midfielder.

With Spurs keen to reinforce their homegrown candidates ahead of the Champions League this season, Gordon has emerged as a target. Until a takeover potentially changes the scope of proceedings, it's expected that the Toffees will offload several players in a bid to strengthen Frank Lampard's squad for next season.
