Antonio Conte has named his team before leaving the action as Tottenham Hotspur take on Marseille at the Orange Velodrome in the Champions League on Tuesday evening.
Conte had to select his matchday squad and then let them and his coaches get on with it as he is suspended and not allowed on the touchline or in the dressing room, preventing him from communicating with his Spurs squad at the stadium before, during or immediately after the crunch final group stage game away against the French side on Tuesday night. The Italian was shown a red card in the aftermath of the VAR decision against Sporting CP last week that ruled out what would have been a late Harry Kane winner.
Assistant boss Cristian Stellini confirmed to football.london on Monday that Tottenham will again be without Dejan Kulusevski, Richarlison and Cristian Romero through injury. Spurs have gone with four changes from the win at Bournemouth with a 3-4-3 formation with Lucas Moura up front in the three.

With his wing-backs Antonio Conte has named both Ryan Sessegnon and Ivan Perisic with one set to play on the right, while the back three Eric Dier joined by both left-footers Ben Davies and Clement Lenglet, which could mean the England international plays on the right.
Here is the Tottenham team we reckon Conte has selected for a Champions League game he has labelled a "final":
Lloris; Dier, Lenglet, Davies; Perisic, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Sessegnon; Lucas, Kane, Son. Substitutes: Forster, Austin, Doherty, Emerson, Spence, Tanganga, Sanchez, Sarr, Bissouma, White, Skipp, Bryan
