Antonio Conte has made four changes to his Tottenham side as they travel to the Etihad Stadium to face Manchester City on Thursday evening.
Spurs need to bounce back from Sunday's 2-0 North London Derby loss at home to table-topping Arsenal but they face a tough task at second-placed City with Pep Guardiola's side needing to keep pace with the Gunners after some recent stuttering results. Conte has decided to freshen up his team in a number of positions at the Etihad Stadium.
Pape Matar Sarr impressed once again for Spurs in the centre of the pitch, but Rodrigo Bentancur is back and deemed fit enough to start in for a match he excelled in last season.

Here is the Tottenham team Conte has selected:
Lloris; Romero, Dier, Davies; Emerson, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Perisic; Kulusevski, Kane, Son. Subs: Forster, Sanchez, Lenglet, Tanganga, Doherty, Sessegnon, Sarr, Bissouma, Richarlison.
