Antonio Conte has made four changes to his Tottenham Hotspur team as they welcome bottom side Leicester City in the Premier League on Saturday evening.
The Italian admitted that some players will get their chance after a disappointing result in midweek in Lisbon and that he needed fresh energy in the team, and he has been true to his word. He stated that Ryan Sessegnon and Dejan Kulusevski deserve to play, and both come into the side.
He also suggested to football.london that Ivan Perisic could play on the right if needed, which would see Emerson Royal handed a rest after starting every game this season, and that has also come to pass with the Croatian switching flanks.

In defence, Clement Lenglet comes in with Ben Davies injured, and Conte has also brought in Davinson Sanchez for some fresh legs on the right to rest Cristian Romero, who has played every match since returning from injury.
Kulusevski's return sees Son Heung-min given a rest on the bench. Son has scored seven goals in 14 matches against Leicester, with five assists - his third best goal involvement total against any club, behind only West Ham and Southampton, but it is Richarlison, in better form than Son at the moment, who plays with Kane and the Swede, having netted five times against the Foxes with one assist.
The way Conte was speaking about Yves Bissouma suggests the new midfielder might not get the nod just yet, and the same seemed the case with Oliver Skipp, who is getting sharper after his freak training ground injury in pre-season.
Here is the team that Conte has picked today:
Lloris; Sanchez, Dier, Lenglet; Perisic, Hojbjerg, Bentancur, Sessegnon; Kulusevski, Kane, Richarlison.
Substitutes: Forster, Emerson, Doherty, Romero, Tanganga, Bissouma, Skipp, Son, Gil.
