Antonio Conte is back in the dugout for Tottenham's trip to Leicester and he been forced into making changes to his starting line-up for the Premier League game.
The Italian returned to the training pitches of Hotspur Way on Thursday following surgery in Italy the previous week to remove his gall bladder and he is back for a match that has brought 71 goals in the previous 17 fixtures. Conte has had to alter the team that beat Manchester City in his absence as Spurs have since lost captain Hugo Lloris to a knee injury for up to seven weeks and then Yves Bissouma to a stress fracture of his left ankle that requires surgery.
Fraser Forster comes in for Lloris and Conte has named Rodrigo Bentancur and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg again together in the middle to face the Foxes but will have to call upon either Oliver Skipp or Pape Matar Sarr against AC Milan in the Champions League in midweek with Hojbjerg suspended and Bissouma injured.

Cristian Romero is also suspended after his red card against City and Japhet Tanganga comes in on the right of the back three. After his impressive display at the weekend though, Conte has given Emerson Royal a rest at right wing-back, with £40m January signing Pedro Porro handed his debut.
Lucas Moura returns to the bench for the first time in months with Ryan Sessegnon missing out entirely through injury.
Here's the team Conte has selected:
Forster; Tanganga, Dier, Davies; Porro, Bentancur, Hojbjerg, Perisic; Kulusevski, Kane, Son. Subs: Austin, Lenglet, Sanchez, Emerson, Skipp, Sarr, Lucas, Richarlison, Danjuma.
