Antonio Conte has made a surprise selection in his Tottenham team as they host Premier League table-toppers Arsenal in the Premier League on Sunday.
Tottenham's injury problems have eased ahead of the North London Derby and Conte has Dejan Kulusevski back in his starting line-up and has handed 20-year-old Pape Matar Sarr a start in the centre of the pitch. Richarlison is back on the bench but Rodrigo Bentancur misses out. Conte had said he would speak to both players about their availability after Saturday's final training session but that he would not risk putting either of them out for a longer period by risking them if they were not ready.

It's a first Premier League start for Sarr in the centre of the pitch while Ryan Sessegnon gets in ahead of Ivan Perisic. Yves Bissouma, who is back from an ankle injury, is on the bench.
Elsewhere Conte's main choice came on the left of the back three and whether he went for Ben Davies, with his experience of this game, or Clement Lenglet with his own experience of other big matches. Conte has decided on Lenglet on this occasion.
Here is the Tottenham team we reckon Conte will select:
Lloris; Romero, Dier, Lenglet; Doherty, Sarr, Hojbjerg, Sessegnon; Kulusevski, Kane, Son. Subs: Forster, Sanchez, Davies, Perisic, Bissouma, Emerson, Skipp, Richarlison, Gil.
