Tottenham confirm Antonio Conte to miss West Ham game after surgery check up

Tottenham will again be without Antonio Conte for Premier League duties this weekend with the manager returning to Italy to aid his recovery from recent gallbladder surgery.

Conte missed the 1-0 win over Manchester City but returned for the losses at Leicester and Serie A champions AC Milan on Tuesday.
