Heading into the summer, the Chicago Bulls set their sights on improvement. Instead of dialing back and heading toward a rebuild, the Bulls decided to sign extra pieces and push for the postseason. In turn, they signed both Jevon Carter and Torrey Craig in free agency to improve their squad’s depth.
