A TORY-RUN UK administration would cut the Scottish Government's powers over planning, a senior Conservative has suggested.
Shadow energy secretary Andrew Bowie told the UK Conservative conference on Monday that if they win the next General Election, the Tories “will legislate to ensure that Scotland can host new nuclear power generation”.
