Spelling recalled her first breast augmentation surgery, which took place in a strip mall at the age of 19. She humorously mentioned that the outpatient surgery center was not what she expected, but she went through with the procedure. She later had to undergo another surgery to resize her implants, expressing regret over not keeping her original size.
