Top Venezuelan official Diosdado Cabello called on Venezuelans not to "overestimate" the U.S. as an enemy following the Trump administration's latest escalation.
"No one has to underestimate any adversary, but overestimate it either. There are people who become a wreck. Nerves of steel, maximum mobilization. Stay calm," said Diosdado Cabello, authoritarian President Nicolas Maduro's second-in-command.
