The Big Ten is incredibly deep at the defensive end position with a few unique pass rushers set to turn the college football world on its head, but the interior is a bit different.
It was hard to narrow down the defensive end list to just three, but for the defensive tackle list, it was hard to find three even worthy of mention. We saw two Ohio State players be ranked in the top two spots at end and it appears that the interior rankings will have the same outlook, but much like at end these rankings are based more on projections than confirmed production.

Derrick Harmon, Michigan State
Why the Pick
Derrick Harmon is a solid defensive tackle and might not even be the starter heading into the season opener for the Spartans, but he flashes elite talent and will no doubt be a starter by the season’s end.
Redshirt Freshman, Derrick Harmon loops all the way around on the stunt. Gets into the offensive lineman's pads with a long arm. Generates enough push back to disengage with ease and comes up with the sack pic.twitter.com/nlMvym7u2b

Tyleik Williams, Ohio State
Why the Pick
Tyleik Williams is another example of the wealth of talent Ohio State has on the defensive line this season, but Williams has to grow more consistent to reach his All-American potential.
Love me some Tyleik Williams! He’s that nasty, big body in the middle that we need moving forward. pic.twitter.com/R50r63KfrG

Michael Hall Jr., Ohio State
Why the Pick
Michael Hall is the leader of this potentially elite interior rotation and is a dominant force when he wants to be. Rumor has it Hall was the faster player on the Ohio State defense at 6’2″ and 285 pounds.
Can't wait for this Michael Hall Jr. to be unleashed the entire season 😤pic.twitter.com/hOkMuMweQ7 https://t.co/GWAAti6tcl
