Top prosecutor wins appeal in bitter feud with judge

A judge with a "long-standing grievance" against a top prosecutor has been booted from three cases, despite the Crown's improper leaking of a juvenile's details to media.

NSW Director of Public Prosecutions Sally Dowling SC won an appeal in the state's top criminal court on Friday to have District Court Judge Penelope Wass removed from overseeing three cases.
