A top Boohoo boss could be in line for a bonus worth 200% of his six-figure salary if certain targets are achieved over the next three years.
Chief executive John Lyttle would receive the payment on top of his £652,000 salary under new plans outlined by the retail giant in its annual report. The Manchester-headquartered group has unveiled a new long-term incentive plan (LTIP) which would see the CEO benefit if various targets such as revenue, earnings growth and ESG markers are achieved.
The group's share price is currently hovering at around 80p after falling from £3.19 last May. Boohoo's share price has never been higher than the £4.12 it achieved in June 2020.
