Top 50 films best viewed on the big screen - Titanic and Jurassic Park top list

Indiana Jones BFI Imax

Brits have revealed the top 50 films they believe are best viewed on the big screen – with Titanic, Jurassic Park, and Avatar topping the list.

More recent releases such as Top Gun: Maverick, and Jurassic World, completed the top five, with the poll of 2,000 adults deeming them essential cinema viewing.

Big-budget fantasy scored well in the survey, with entries from the Lord of the Rings trilogy, and the Star Wars and Harry Potter sagas, all featuring in the top 10.
